Passing through the stages from arrangement to delivery, any order is in one of the following statuses:

The order is being arranged. Adding and removing works as well as the canceling of the order are possible at this stage. |
| is being transmitted |
The order has been already sent to work. Files are being transferred to production for execution. Order editing is not possible at this stage. |
| is awaiting execution |
The order has been transferred to production and has queued for execution. |
| is being performed |
a duty operator has begun executing the order |

One or several works of the order can not be executed (the operator will state the reason); such an order is waiting for a manager to handle the problem, if necessary, the manager will contact you. |
| is awaiting shipment |
The order is waiting for a courier from the internal transport service to deliver it to the required service center |
| shipment |
The order is being delivered by a courier from the internal transport service to the specified service center |
| has been performed |
The order has been executed (all of its works have been performed) and delivered to the required service center. At this moment messages of readiness are sent automatically by e-mail and SMS |
| is ready for distribution |
the manager has confirmed the final cost of the order, the order is waiting for distribution (in case of "self-receipt of orders") or packing (in case of delivery) |
| is awaiting delivery |
parcels for delivery are ready, the order is waiting for a courier |
| is being delivered |
the order is being delivered by a courier |
After the order has been delivered, it is accorded the status "closed". Information on such orders is available in the "Archive" section of My Account.
The current status of each order is displayed in My Account in real time. To determine the current status of the order, you should go to the section "List of Orders", or reload the page.
