 You can upload files in JPEG format. These files should be prepared in the following way:
- The maximum possible linear dimensions of a file are:
- 4000 x 11000 pixels for standard printing service
- 10000 x 25000 pixels for large format printing service
- The colour modes of a file are RGB(8 bits per channel).
The following information on the status of each uploaded JPEG file can be shown in the "Order Arrangement" section:

This means the file is being uploading to the ftp directory at the moment or while uploading a break of connection has occurred, in this case you should resume the file upload or reload the file. |

This means that the file has been uploaded to the ftp directory and is currently being processed. Analysis of the file and generation of the preview image of the photograph is being carried out. The file is usually in this state for no more than a few seconds. |
| error when processing the file |
the file is damaged or the format of the file is not recognized. |
| the format is not supported |
the file is not in JPG or TIFF) format. |
| CMYK colour mode is not supported |
the colour mode of the file is not RGB (the message indicates in which colour mode the given file is saved, it can be CMYK, Lab, etc.). Due to the fact that the change of a file's colour mode changes the colour characteristic of the image, we do not carry out automatic reconversion of files from other colour modes. In this case, you should convert the file yourself and upload it again. |
If the name of the uploaded file contains illegal characters (for example, Russian letters), the server will rename the file automatically after the upload has been completed. If an extension in the JPEG file name differs from the .jpg or .jpeg ones, the server will change the file extension to the correct one automatically after the file has been uploaded. In cases where file names coincide, the most recently uploaded one will be given a new name (old name + suffix). Completely identical files (in name and content) are recognized and so duplicates in the client's directory will not be created.
After the file has been uploaded and processed successfully, it is available for ordering.
