You can receive your order in any one of the following methods, which is determined when arranging the order:

• self-receipt
  You can come to one of our service centers to collect your finished order.
• delivery by courier within Moscow
  We can deliver your order to the indicated address at a fixed time.

If you take collect order yourself, the order will be handed to you on presentation of your individual client plastic card in order to protect your photographs, balance and financial information. If you arrange order for the first time and you do not still have a client card, we will make it free of charge in your presence. Your card will be delivered to you together with the first order in case of courier delivery.
