A personal ftp-directory is created for each customer in our system. Users work only in their home directories and have no access to other clients' files. You can upload files directly via ftp or via My Account on the website. The size of your directory is not limited. We do not add an upload traffic fee to the cost of an order, all traffic is free for our customers. Please mind the following limitations when working with the ftp server:

Files of the following formats are acceptable for upload: JPG, TIFF, PDF, ZIP.
All files should be uploaded to the root directory. When attempting to create a subfolder or a remote upload of a directory you will receive an error message. When trying to download files from your directory and you will also receive an error message.
If you have uploaded the files, but have not arranged an order, the files will be available for order placing within 6 calendar days. After the order has been arranged, the files are moved to the archive, where they are held for no less than three years.
