An archive contains files from any orders that were arranged via My Account on the website. The main advantages of this service are:

1. You can download files in the original size onto your computer without any restrictions, that is:
   • free of charge
   • at any time
   • as many times as you require
2. You do not need to reload the image to print a high quality photograph.
3. The archive lessens the time required to arrange a repeat order.
4. You can order the printing of photographs in the archive from anywhere, for example, from your mobile phone or pocket computer, regardless of connection speed.
5. In case of file loss on your home computer, you can download all files for free from Fotoproekt's archive.

The file expiration date in the archive is not fixed. Rather it depends on the current free space on the archive servers, and on the total flow of new orders. We guarantee storage of files in the archive for at least three years. The current date from which the archive files are available is displayed on a real time basis in the section "Archive" of My Account.

All files are stored in their original resolution. Even if you have ordered the printing of a photograph with cropping, the archive will contain a file without resizing and re-sampling.

We pay particular attention to the confidentiality of file storage. Work in My Account and the internal connection between all servers is carried out with full data encryption. Each client can work only with his archive and can not see the files of any other customer. Even employees of our company do not have access to the archive servers, and in case of ordering from the archive, an automated system will provide specific files for further operations.

To use the previously uploaded files, you should select and restore the required files in the "Archive" section. After the files have been restored, they will be available in the "Order Arrangement" section.

File deletion is available in the "Archive" section. After this procedure, the files are deleted permanently from the archive server.
