Each application for registration undergoes data verification automatically at first and then manually. Applications are handled by our company's managers around the clock, seven days a week. As a rule, it takes the managers less than three minutes to process an application. After your registration has been confirmed, you receive an automatic message, containing your login. All other data, including your password, are specified by yourself when registering. Your login is assigned to you by Fotoproekt's rules, which are based on transliteration of the customer's name. Transliteration means writing Russian letters in the Latin alphabet. Login is generated automatically and can not be specified by the Customer. If you are already a client of Fotoproekt, you can access the system through the function "get your password". To do this you will need to know your login, which is indicated on your individual client card) and have access to the e-mail address that is specified in the system for your account. After your request is processed, a new password will be automatically generated, and sent to your e-mail within one minute. If required, you can change this password after logging-in. If you're not sure that your e-mail is set correctly in our system (you changed e-mail, do not remember exactly which e-mail was originally indicated, etc.), please contact our support at support@fotoproekt.ru, our experts will help you regain access to your account. |
