My Account© is an interface allowing you to access Fotoproekt's automated system, which provides the following options:
Work with Orders via the Internet
- file uploading
You can upload files to your personal directory by various means.
- Order arrangement
after an order has been placed, it goes into production without any input from our staff.
- File archive
Files from previous orders are available for repeat orders.
- Progress monitoring
You can see all the stages of your order in real time mode.
- Courier delivery
Fotoproekt's courier delivery service is provided seven days a week including public holidays. Orders are delivered between 8:00am and 10:00pm within Moscow.
- postal delivery
We deliver orders throughout the territory of the Russian Federation by the Russian postal system.
- on-line payment
customers can refill their balance for order payment by means of bank cards and electronic money systems.
- SMS and e-mail alerts
Automatic notification of order progress and completion.
Management of Personal Data
You can change your address, telephone number, e-mail and password at any time. In addition, you can enable or disable Fotoproekt's news emails and automated messages concerning order progress. You can also enable or disable SMS alerts, or change your mobile phone number.
Access to Financial Information
All the financial information in your account is displayed in My Account in real time mode. It includes the current state of your balance, your discounts, and annual turnover and the limits. You can also find the full history of your balance's changes and detailed information on any order in My Account, regardless of the method of order arrangement via the Internet or in a service center.

Work privacy in My Account is provided by a secure connection using Comodo group's SSL-certificate.
