You can receive automatic SMS and e-mail messages when your orders are completed.

Messages are sent when your order is assigned the status "Completed", after having been processed and transported to the required service center, or prior to being dispatched for delivery.

All SMS-messages are written using standard transliteration method and they appear as follows:

You can set up an e-mail address and a mobile phone number for alerts in the following ways:

• when registering via the Internet
• when registering in a service center
• at any time through My Account on our website
• at any time when visiting or calling our company

Mobile phone numbers given for SMS alerts are used only to send automated messages and will not be used for feedback. Phone numbers, e-mail and other personal data of customers are never disclosed to third parties. Automatic sending of messages can be enabled or disabled at any time at the customer's request.

The time of the event is indicated at the end of each message, showing when the message was created and sent. Please note, sometimes cellular operators may deliver SMS messages to their subscribers with a slight delay. In this case, the event time may not coincide with the receipt time of the message.

SMS messages contain only the order number and information on the event; all other details are sent by e-mail. The final price of the order is not indicated in SMS messages, because its cost has yet to be confirmed by a manager at the moment the message is sent. Current information on the order (including the preliminary and final cost) can be found in My Account on our website.

If you want to receive SMS messages only in daytime, you can specify for yourself time limits. In this case, all overnight messages will be sent to you the following morning.

SMS and e-mail alert service is provided free.
