The order completion time does not depend on the position of your order within the Fotoproekt chain. You can make an order in any service center or in My Account on the website and receive it in a service center or your order can be dispatched to you by carrier.

Completion time for large orders can be extended and is specified individually.
We do not work with the concept of "urgent orders" nor do we charges extra in our company. We consider it unfair to our other customers to postpone their orders because of urgent orders. Our current load defines the minimum order completion time. The maximum time is a guaranteed time for order completion. We will usually complete the order much more quickly. We might, very rarely, refer to force majeure such situations where the time of execution exceeds the maximum. In this case, we will draw your attention to these delays on this webpage.
When your order is finished, you will automatically receive notification via E-mail and SMS. Moreover, you can monitor all the stages of order completion in real-time on our website. Notification services and access to My Account are free.
