Lamination

Lamination protects images from UV exposure, fading and negative effects of the environment. It is based on highly transparent glue, which does not tone down the colours in images. Lamination has no specified format, however the maximum format is 140x280 cm. The minimum order for lamination is 0.2 sq. m.

Mounting

The minimum order is 0.2 sq. m. The maximum image format for mounting is 140x280 cm.

• KAPA Line Foam Board
  This is a composite material. A foam polystyrene core and the two bonded cover sheet layers are sandwiched together. It is recommended for indoor use only. KAPA Line foam board has a low moisture resistance. It is lighter than plastic and available in two thicknesses: 5 mm and 10 mm. This foam board is ideal for budget applications.
  
  
• KAPA Fix Foam Board
  This is a composite material. A foam polystyrene core and the two bonded cover sheet layers are sandwiched together. It is recommended for indoor use only. The KAPA Fix foam board has a low moisture resistance. It is lighter than plastic. In contrast to the KAPA Line foam board, the KAPA Fix foam board has an aluminium layer for extra stability. It is available in a 5mm thickness.
  
  
• Plastic
  White PVC (polyvinyl chloride) plastic is moisture resistant. It is recommended for both outdoor and indoor use. The plastic is fairly hard, foam based but solid. It is more flexible than foam board and available in 5 mm and 10 mm thicknesses. It is used mostly for further framing.
  
  
• Composite Panel
  The Dibond composite panel is made from a mineral filler core bonded between two outer skins of aluminium. It is highly resistant to deformation, very rigid and impact proof. The composite panel has an extremely flat surface with no orange-peel effect. Dibond mounting is available in a 3mm thickness. Owing to its high rigidity and its excellent smooth surface, composite panel is highly recommended for mounting larger photographic prints and for outdoor use, especially for exhibitions. It does not require any further framing.

Varnish Coating

We varnish fabrics (canvas etc). The price for varnish coating is 1200 roubles per 1 sq. m. Sizes from 20x30 up to 110x220 cm are available. The minimum order is 0.2 sq. m.

Stretching of Fabric-Based Images

Images printed on fabrics, can be set on wrap-around stretch frames. The price for fabric-based image stretching is 450 roubles per 1 m of perimeter. All images require an approximately 3.5 cm border on all four sides for stretching. Sizes from 20x30 up to 250x250 cm are available. The minimum order is 1 m of perimeter.

Fixing Set

The fixing set to mount an image on the wall includes two metal brackets. The price for the fixing set is 55 roubles (plastic/foam board) or 180 roubles (composite panel).

Volume discounts

We give discounts for lamination, mounting and fixing sets:

• 1- 2 sq. m - 5% less
• 2- 5 sq. m - 10% less
• 5 sq. m and more - 15% less

In cases where the cumulative and volume discounts overlap, the customer is granted the larger discount. The two discounts are not added together.

Volume discounts are not applied to varnish coating or fabric-based image stretching services. Only standard cumulative discounts are available for these services.
