We deliver orders throughout the territory of the Russian Federation via the Post of Russia. We can deliver orders for all the service types available in My Account.

Price for Delivery

The cost of a postal delivery is determined by the current prices of the Russian postal system, and by extra service charges such as stamps, etc, and the cost of packing and posting operations. A calculation of delivery price is made automatically, when arranging delivery in My Account based on the postcode and calculated weight of the order. Furthermore the weight of packaging materials is taken into account (cardboard, tubes). Detailed calculations are displayed when arranging a postal delivery.

Types of Postal Items

Postal items of less than 2 kg are sent in small parcels first class. Postal items of 2 kg and more are sent in parcels, by airmail, or by combined mail types.

Delivery Time

Delivery speed depends on the region and on the operations of the Post of Russia. We guarantee dispatch within the first week after all the orders of the postal item have been completed.

Delivery Monitoring

In My Account on our website, the ID of the Registered Postal Item (the RPI) is shown for each postal item sent. The RPI is a unique item in the system of the Post of Russia with a direct link to the monitoring webpage on the Post of Russia website.

Payment for Orders and Delivery

You can pay for orders and delivery with your account. You can refill the balance by means of emoney..

Addresses for Delivery

The address for delivery is specified while arranging your order. Otherwise, you can change your addresses for delivery adding, removing, editing, in the "addresses for delivery" section in My Account. The address for delivery is unavailable for editing, if your orders have already been given to a courier for delivering to this address.

Several Orders

When arranging several orders to the same postal address they are added automatically to any current delivery. After the postal item has been sent, the orders are added to a new delivery.

Packing

Products up to size 30x45cm are packed between layers of cardboard in a "brick". Large format prints over 30x45cm in size are packed in tubes. Products larger than a format of 30x45cm, which can not be rolled, are not delivered currently.
